Dear everyone.. please take note of these messages below.

Firstly, i am sorry to announce that our chalet for the upcoming holidays will be cancelled. This is due to the fact that we are not able to book a chalet which is feasible to our common time slots. I express my deepest regret on this issue ..

How ever , this does not imply that we are not gonna organize any activities that involves our group . On the 2nd week end of December, we are gonna have a over night bbq cum camp at sentosa. The dates are tentatively set at the 10th and 11th of december. I belive some of you might be confused with this arrangement as earlier as there were discussions for the event to be a chalet cum camp at east coast. Please allow me to explain why we were not able to carry out that plan. Due to our ignorance, we belive that we were able to book a chalet for only 1 night, how ever , we found out that it was not possible as the coasta sands chalet would only accept a minimum of two nights for an offer. Since there is no possible common time slot that could afford a 2 night chalet, it is thus not possible to have a chalet.

Thus , it is to be concluded that we will follow through with these arrangements. We sincerely seek full cooperation and support from everyone and we promise that we would do our best to make the event a fun and enjoyable one.
